Job Overview:
Jans Corporation is seeking dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborers to join our team. Construction Laborers will perform various tasks including but not limited to general clean up, demo, and carpentry work to aid in the construction of commercial buildings.

Pay: Ranging from $18 - $22 per hour, based on experience.

Hours: A typical work day is Monday through Friday from 7:00AM to 3:30PM, actual working hours and days may vary due to project deadlines - overtime may be required as needed.

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Experience is preferred, but not required - willing to train the right candidate
  • Ability to perform a variety of tasks involving manual labor on construction sites
  • Ability to operate hand and power tools
  • Ability to follow instructions
  • Strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures
  • Must be willing to do inside and outside work
  • Willing to work in all weather conditions
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Must be available for some travel outside of Sioux Falls (about 10%)
  • Physical endurance to complete the necessary tasks
  • Ability to pass all pre-employment screenings
